Niches inside the category

The money in this category clusters around three habits. Food and calories (MyFitnessPal, Cal AI, MacroFactor, Cronometer), workouts (LADDER, Strava, Runna, Fitbod) and sleep with meditation (Calm, Hatch Sleep, Insight Timer, RISE). MenuFit and MacroFactor show the narrow way in, each took one job inside the big nutrition topic.
